How can I open the PDF documents without saving
first?
The PDF documents (worksheets, forms, resources) within the
Qualifications That Changes Lives CD-ROM can now be opened without
the user having to save the document first. To apply this change,
simply accept the latest update request.
How do I launch the program once I've installed the
software?
The program will not launch automatically but will now be
available in your Windows Start Menu under programs in a folder
titled Sports Leaders UK. Open the folder and select the
Qualifications That Change Lives menu item to launch the
program.

I can't find the Learner Worksheets and other forms in
the Tutor Resource.
Learner Worksheets and resources can be found at the end of
each unit. Verification forms and records can be found in the
'Introduction' section on the right hand side of the page within
the relevant sub section. For example, the Internal Verification
Record can be found in the sub section 'Internal Verifier'.
The forms, records, and Learner Worksheets and resources are
all downloadable editable PDF attachments.
If the attachments are not appearing it may be that the
content of the CD-ROM didn't fully download during the installation
process. Re-install the CD-ROM and always accept any suggested
updates.
If the worksheets and resources are not accessible
after re-installing the software, please call Sports Leaders
UK Customer Services Department on 01908 689 180 or email cd-romsupport@sportsleaders.org as an
additional installation step may be required.
I have entered my licence key but it is now saying the
key is 'no longer valid'.
If you are receiving an error message which states the
licence key you have is no longer valid then you will need to
ensure the date and time on your PC are accurate.
If they are incorrect it would lead the software to believe
the licence key has already expired.
If the issue persists please check that when working
online you have accepted the latest update. Once the update
has been accepted the program will work offline. If you have not
been offered an update request, please try reinstalling the CD-ROM
while online.
I'm experiencing problems pasting the licence key into
the dialogue box.
If you are unable to paste in the licence key from selecting
the paste option by right clicking your mouse, try pasting the
licence key using the common shortcut command ctrl+v.
Do I need to accept the update?
Yes, in order to have the most up to date content for the
Tutor Resource it is recommended you accept updates.

Can I use both a CD-ROM Tutor Resource and paper Tutor
Resource Pack?
Yes, both formats are available however there is a cost for
the paper Tutor Resource Pack format. Please visit www.sportsleaders.org for further
information on fees and charges.
The CD-ROM is the only format which contains additional free
resources, editable worksheets and forms, and is regularly
updated. The qualification content (for example, Learning
Outcomes and Assessment Criterias) is the same in both
formats.
Please note, once the
licence key has been used to unlock the CD-ROM Tutor Resource the
CD-ROM will not be able to be returned.
How do I add additional licence keys?

To access the dialogue box to add in additional licence
keys, click on the white box which contains a red tick in the top
left hand corner of the menu page. Then copy and paste the
additional licence key in this box.

To access the content of the Tutor Resource, copy and paste
the licence key from the email into the pop-up dialogue box. Check
that the licence key has been copied in full and doesn't
contain any additional characters or spaces.
Please note, the licence key needs to be copied
from "--- Licence for " right the way to the end of "---
End".
Who will the CD-ROM Tutor Resource and the licence key
be sent to?
Both the Tutor Resource CD-ROM and the licence key will be
sent to the organisation's Centre Course Manager (CCM). Please
contact the Customer Services Department on 01908 689 180 or email
contact@sportsleaders.org if the CCM has
recently changed.
Do I need to be connected to the internet?
You do not need to be connected to the internet to use the
installed product but, if you want to receive any updates to the
courses or resources contained within it, then this can only happen
when you are connected.
How do I receive updates?
Simply run the Qualifications That Change Lives program
while connected to the internet and you will be given the option to
update your installation if any updates are actually
available.

on the main product's Home Page.
