Cancellation Policy For Tutor Training

Sports Leaders UK makes arrangements to provide Tutor Training once a booking is confirmed. As a result, a booking for Tutor Training may only be cancelled for the following reasons:

• The customer sends written notification of cancellation to be received by Sports Leaders UK no later than 14 days from the date of confirmation. Cancellation may be by e-mail to ttcancellations@sportsleaders.org, or by post to Sports Leaders UK, 23-25 Linford Forum, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY. A certificate of posting must be sent to Sports Leaders UK to confirm any cancellations by post. Sports Leaders UK are not responsible for postal or other delays.
• Alternatively, a customer may re-schedule a booking for a different date. Sports Leaders UK will allow this to be done once only.
• If the event being booked is 14 days or less from the date of confirmation, then there is no cooling off period and no refund can be given.
• Failure to attend will result in loss of the course fee.

Sports Leaders UK may need occasionally to cancel training courses generally for reasons outside its control, including poor weather conditions. If cancellation is necessary, please note:

• Sports Leaders UK will contact customers as soon as possible. Please supply an e-mail address or telephone contact number where possible.
• Sports Leaders UK will offer customers alternative dates for any cancelled training courses; if preferred Sports Leaders UK will pay a full refund.
• Sports Leaders UK are not responsible for travel arrangements and travel expenses incurred by customers as a result of cancellation.
